Your wedding day flies! It will be over before you know it, so we want you to enjoy your day to the fullest. Your wedding photography won’t be posed, awkward or cringeworthy like you might imagine.
Believe it or not, all the couples you see here on our website are not models! They are just regular couples like yourselves and their wedding day was one of their first times in front of the camera. Making you feel comfortable, relaxed and most importantly having fun! Is priority number one.

How do we book SoulFlare?
Simply send us an inquiry via the contact page. We will check to make sure we are available on your wedding date first. If we are available and you are happy, we can talk further via phone/zoom to sort out the finer details of our wedding photography offers.
How would you describe your photography style?
Who will be my photographer?
We are very proud of our team here at SoulFlare, we have gone to great lengths to ensure the photographers who work for us are top-notch! Once we have a chat with you we will pair you with a photographer who will be the most suitable match.
Can we meet our photographer before we book?
Of course! We usually do this via facetime/zoom due to the number of weddings we book, this is the most efficient way for all of us to meet face to face.
When should we book?
The majority of our couples book us at least 1 year in advance. We have a limited number of weddings we can do per year so as soon as you have begun planning we would recommend booking ASAP so you don’t miss out.
Do you do pencil bookings?
Unfortunately, we do not. A deposit of $900 is required to lock in your wedding date.
How and when do we pay?
If you decide to book with us you will be issued an invoice for your booking where you can pay via bank transfer or PayPal. We do require a deposit of $900 to secure the date and the remainder of the balance is due 2 weeks prior to your wedding day.
We don't like posed wedding photos. Will you make us pose?

Do you photograph weddings outside of Melbourne?
Yes, we do! We don’t charge any extra if the wedding is within 2 hours of Melbourne. If your wedding is a destination wedding get in touch for a personalised quote.
How many photos do we receive?
We don’t have a limit on the number of photos you receive, and it will vary depending on what package you decide to go with. As a guide, if you decide to go the 10 hour package you should expect to receive approximately 600-1000 images.
Is it just 1 photographer taking photos on the day?
That will depend on what package you decide to go with. You have the option of adding a second photographer if needed.
Do we need a second photographer?
A second photographer is an additional option and is recommended for weddings over 100 guests in size or if you and your partner are getting ready further than 30 minutes apart.
Do you have backup equipment and procedures in place for our images after our wedding day?

That would be great please :) Weddings are huge days for us photographers! So ensuring we are fueled up and ready to capture amazing images is a big help.
