Travel Rates

We photograph and film weddings across Melbourne, Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast.

We include travel within 100km of post code 3046 (Victoria) and 4557 (Queensland) at no extra charge. For weddings beyond this radius, the following flat travel fees apply:

100-150km: $200
150-200km: $400
200-250km: $500
250km+: Custom travel quote

This ensures all travel logistics, including our professional team’s travel costs, are seamlessly managed so you can focus on your special day.

How it all works

Step 1

Lock it in

Congratulations! We’re thrilled to be starting this journey together. One of our creative teams are available, and your date is on hold for 7 days.

Next, we’ll finalise your deposit and sign the contract to secure your booking. Once that’s done, we’re good to go!

Step 2

Planning and Preparation

In the months leading up to your wedding, we’ll keep in touch, assisting with any questions or planning details.

About a month before the big day, we’ll have a final consultation to review the timeline, shot lists, and any special requests you might have.

Step 3

The Big Day

On your wedding day, our creative team will be there to capture every magical moment, from the getting ready shots to the first dance.

We work seamlessly and naturally, ensuring you feel comfortable and allowing the day to unfold beautifully.

Step 4

Delivery of Your Gallery and Album Design

After the wedding, our team carefully edits and curates your photos and videos to tell your unique love story.

Within a few weeks, you’ll receive a beautifully crafted online gallery and video to relive and cherish those special moments forever.

Once you’ve enjoyed your photos and videos, it’s time to design your stunning photo album and prints, creating lasting keepsakes of your unforgettable day.

Natural & authentic. Our goal is to create amazing, story-telling images that will last a lifetime. Most people on their wedding day don’t want to be standing around all day posing.

You want to be having fun and enjoying your special day to the fullest. We will be there capturing natural moments as they happen.

Yes, there’s always room for a couple of formal shots with the family but for the most part, you won’t even notice we are taking photos. You don’t want to feel awkward on your day. Our natural approach means you can relax and have some fun.

We will match you with one of our talented creative teams who best fits your style and vision. Our collective consists of experienced photographers and videographers, all dedicated to capturing your special day in the most beautiful and authentic way possible. Rest assured, you’ll be in great hands with any member of our team!

We shoot most of the day in a documentary style. We will not put you in any awkward poses and we are all about capturing real moments as they unfold on your wedding day.

A lot of the time you will not even notice us. There are times throughout the day where we will need to give you a little bit of direction, especially during the bridal party and couple portraits but we like to keep things natural and fun.

You will receive a selection of highlights within a few days after your wedding day. 4-6 weeks after your wedding you will receive your beautiful online gallery & your video 6-8 weeks.

Your gallery will contain your wedding images that are both high & low resolution and is connected to our print lab, ready for amazing prints, wall art and frames.

If you have chosen to go with a photo album they normally take 6-8 weeks after you have chosen your images.

A second shooter is an additional option and is recommended for weddings over 100 guests in size or if you and your partner are getting ready further than 30 minutes apart.

No, not usually. We are confident in our ability and have photographed enough weddings to be more that comfortable getting the best results possible in any environment we are thrown into.

A lot of our weddings are a decent drive from where we are located so it would also be quite an expense & time to go and visit every venue beforehand.

The majority of our couples book us at least 1 year in advance. We have a limited number of weddings we can do per year so as soon as you have begun planning we would recommend booking ASAP so you don’t miss out.

If you decide to book with us you will be issued an invoice for your booking where you can pay via bank transfer. We do require a deposit of 30% to secure the date and the remainder of the balance is due 2 weeks prior to your wedding day.

We sure do. We shoot with two cameras, both with dual memory cards for redundancy, so there are duplicate copies of your images on both cameras. The moment we are home from your wedding all images are backed up to 3 different locations for added precaution.

Yes, we are a full-time professional team dedicated to wedding photography and videography. Let us know you’re ready to book, and we’ll get the ball rolling.

Receive a Quote and Contract

We’ll send you a detailed quote and contract for our services. Review and accept them to move forward.

Secure Your Date

Once the contract is accepted, you’ll receive an invoice for a 30% booking fee. Paying this fee will officially lock in your wedding date with us.

Please note that we book out pretty far in advance, so it’s best to get in touch with us sooner rather than later to avoid any disappointment.
